4. Payment & Completion

• Settle the final service cost, with the visitation fee adjusted accordingly.

• A service quote will be provided after the initial inspection.
• Visitation charges will be deducted from the final service cost.
• Any additional components, such as thermal paste or cooling fans, will be charged separately.
• If deep cleaning or advanced maintenance is required, the device may be securely transported to the nearest ActionifyIT Service Center.
• For security reasons, customers are advised to back up data before maintenance.
