How It Works

• A certified technician will assess your internet speed, router settings, network configuration, and connectivity issues, providing a detailed diagnosis with a service quote.

2. Troubleshooting & Optimization

• The technician will fix common issues such as slow speed, frequent disconnections, or weak signals.
• If required, router/modem firmware updates, channel optimization, and network security enhancements will be performed.

3. Hardware & Network Setup

• If needed, additional hardware such as routers, extenders, or LAN cables will be recommended and installed.
• The technician will ensure all connected devices are properly configured and optimized for stable performance.

4. Payment & Completion

• Settle the final service cost, with the visitation fee adjusted accordingly.

Important Notes

• A service quote will be provided after the initial diagnosis.
• Visitation charges will be deducted from the final service cost.
• Any additional hardware (router, modem, extenders, etc.) or spare parts will be charged separately.
• If the issue requires advanced troubleshooting, the network setup may need to be checked at the nearest ActionifyIT Service Center.
