4. Payment & Completion

• Settle the final repair cost, with the visitation fee adjusted accordingly.

Important Notes

• A repair quote will be provided after the initial diagnosis.
• Visitation charges will be deducted from the final repair cost.
• Spare parts are charged separately, as per the requirement.
• If the issue is complex and cannot be resolved on-site, your device will be securely transported to the nearest ActionifyIT Service Center for specialized repair.
• For data security, any removable storage media will be returned to you before the device is taken to the service center.
